EXPANDEX®​ - 16090100 Modified tapioca starch for use in baking applications. Specifically designed to aid in substrate expansion during the baking process. Develops products with better internal textures and a crunchy outer layer. This product does not contain gluten from wheat, oats, rye or barley.
